DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE

License and usage rights

By purchasing, downloading, or using an asset from Orchids 3D Foundry, you agree to this license.

Commercial use included

Purchased assets may be used in personal and commercial projects, including games, films, animation, visual effects, architecture, product rendering, advertising, websites, applications, and client work.

You may

• Use assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Modify assets to suit your project.
• Use assets in games, films, renders, applications, and printed media.
• Include assets in compiled products where the source files cannot be easily extracted.
• Use assets without additional royalties or attribution.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the original files.
• Upload the files to another marketplace or downloadable library.
• Sell modified versions as standalone textures or asset packs.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original assets.
• Use the assets to train AI or machine-learning systems without written permission.
• Use the assets for unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory purposes.

Ownership

Purchasing an asset grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license. Copyright and ownership remain with Orchids 3D Foundry.

Team use

A purchase covers one individual or one registered organization. Employees may use assets for that organization’s projects. Contractors should hold their own license unless expressly covered by the purchasing organization.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Website and account terms

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, payment systems, download limits, watermarks, or other security features.

Assets and services are provided “as is.” Compatibility with every application, renderer, engine, or workflow is not guaranteed. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected asset, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Orchids 3D Foundry may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

PRIVACY

Privacy rights

We may collect account information, purchase records, billing details, support messages, security logs, and technical information necessary to operate the store.

Payment card information is processed by Stripe. Orchids 3D Foundry does not store complete payment-card numbers on this website.

Information may be used to provide downloads, process purchases, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers such as payment, email, hosting, and security providers when necessary to operate the service.

You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record requirements.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refund policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after download.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, accidental billing, technical failures preventing access, or when required by applicable law.
